Hi All

I lost the login for a while and then thought i didn't need any support but the truth is i do.Confused

I had a bad time before Christmas and I was lucky enough to be put on Humira and it has been fantastic, but if any body has read my reply on Emma's thread, i have found that the humira seems to run out on the 10th 11th day and I drop like a stone really tired and joints sore and inflamed and also another joint on my hand and then my right ankle joined the team. I have felt really low but I phoned the helpline and have been boosted by them and I know that you guys will understand and someone else will have had the same symptoms.

So sorry for leaving you probably didn't even know I was gone but I'm pleased to be back.

My best wishes to everyone

Hi Trisha

Good to see you back. I think we lost a few people with the switch to the new forum.

Glad the Humira is helping, but sorry about the drop in its effectiveness and the new problems you're having.

Hi Trisha

Course we missed you - although as Anthea has said, several people have been "missing" since the new format forum was brought in.

I can't help with your query but wanted to say "hi" again!

Love

Hi Trisha,

Welcome back! I only started posting on the board a few months ago so I'm looking forward to "meeting" you.

I found I never quite got a full fourteen days with my Humira either, when I was on it. I'd say give it time though because it can take a few months to get up to full speed.

Hope it does the trick

Joanna

Thank you kind cyber friends,

I hope all of you are OK and looking forward to Easter and chocolate eggs.

I'm upping the steroids the horrible little things (that we can't do without) and look forward to the joints being a little more kinder to me and not falling asleep at the drop of anything,

best wishes

God Bless

Trisha

nice to have you back Trisha but sorry things are not too good for you at the moment.
Hope the increased steroids help.

Hi Girls
Yes already I can feel the little nasty but terribly needed pills doing me good, I don't know why I have such a hate relationship with steroids, I think it was my mum she used to get terrible bronchitis and was put on steroids. she died of breast cancer and always blamed the steroids, but there is no connection between the two I bellieve.

Melly did you get your kitchen finished?

best wishes

Hi Trish-yes I feel that if I could have Humira once a week I would be tons better- I'm aware when it's running out.
YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.
